I took time off from work to take my daughter to her driver's test. We arrived 15 minutes early. I called and confirmed I was at the right church in the parking lot on Nichols Rd but did not see the EZ-Way car. The girl said it should be there but to wait and the guy would show up. After another 20 minutes, I got out to walk around. Found the EZ-Way car in parking lot off of W. Tester and I saw each other and I walked back to my car and drove around the block to the parking lot on W. Called office and was told it was too late to take the test. This is the same girl I talked to 30 minutes earlier looking for the Tester. DO NOT USE EZ WAY. Absolutely no customer service. Take your son or daughter anywhere else because this place is really unprofessional and rude the driving instructors are rude... I would like to talk to Mr. Bill Wagner to let him know how is employees are! I PRE-PAID for my son to take segment 2 in December of 2014. We forgot until today and went down to the class to get my son set up. Instead of EZ-Way driving giving us a courtesy call they filled the class with another student and maxed the class out. This was my son's last chance to take this class that we can get to till he is 18 in June to get his drivers licenses. They said they sent me a reminder email but I never got it. Also the staff is not co operative. The place is awful and they have too much power to manipulate.
We do not offer rental vehicles. Appointments are available are Tuesday afternoons and weekend mornings. I took time off from work to take my daughter to her driver's test. Has a million-dollar liability insurance policy. Our training vehicles are equipped with dual brakes, air bags and ABS. Our instructors attend continuing education courses to stay current with changes in the industry. Reasonable cost for additional driving time if necessary. Please read the following information.
